Nick Demeris Gets Down at Town Hall PubBy CNGM Insider on February 4, 2010 | No Comments
Nick Demeris, supporting actor in CNGM’s 2011 feature film Two Days in February, got down in what only could be called “a loopedal extravaganza.” The video was captured from his performance at Town Hall Pub in Chicago this past Sunday (January 31). Demeris graduated from Illinois State University in 2008 with a degree in Theatre and has been working in Chicago as a professional actor ever since.Demeris’ talents go beyond just performing, as he has developed a brand new workshop in the past year that draws a correlation between modern Hip Hop music and William Shakespeare’s plays. The workshop was designed so students from middle school to college could get on their feet and participate in games to obtain an active understanding of the rhetorical devices and stories in both Hip Hop and Shakespeare.
Swing by Demeris’ YouTube page to watch other videos such as the Clif Rap Video, Mr. Charger Mashup and Sun Rise Rap! Nick Demeris plays Randy in Two Days in February, which will be submitted to film festivals beginning in January of 2011.
